The Company was founded in the year 1984 by late Sri Oscar Patrick Khare, a retired Army Officer having experience of several years in the field of Security. The present CEO, Sri. R.Khare took on the mantle from him after undergoing indepth training by the founder and late Sri N.S. Mukherjee who had retired as the Vice Principal of Central Detective Training School. The CEO also completed a security course from The Indian Institute Of Security Management, Kolkata. Later he also completed a Security Officers training in Sydney, Australia which included Fire Fighting, First Aid Investigation and Reporting.
