TRAINING

We ensure rigorous training is imparted to the Security Personnel based on security agency’s (Regulation) Act, 2005. We conduct weekly training for all security personnel and give a lot of emphasis on Fire Training & Mock Drill . Our Supervisors at each site are specially trained to impart knowledge and training to the guards working under their control. Very strict interviews are conducted at Supervisory level to ensure that we select the best man for the job. Training on mannerisms , courtesy and alertness are grilled into the guards on regular site visits by our Supervisory staff who visit the sites regularly. Emphasis is given on Gate Access Control and Crowd Control depending on the site. Guards are given training on key locations, patrol procedures. Supervisors are expected to submit weekly reports of their sites after summarizing a complete report from their entire team.
